That said, he has demonstrated a strong determination to learn the new skill and is willing to put in the effort to build on his successes. His willingness to take the course seriously reflects in his confidence and control in his new skill set. Ivan accepts feedback well and works well in a team environment. Ivan currently has a new dry suit on order. Once he has aquired comform with this new gear in a tech rig, and completed the necessary pre-req dives, Ivan will be well positioned to continue his education if he chooses. |
