Instructor Comments, Areas for Improvement, etc.	Instructor limitations: Can teach right away: -UTD Open Water Diver or Rec1 -Advanced or Rec2 -Drysuit mini -ESM -Rescue Diver -Nitrox Has to co-teach his first Essentials of Rec with an Intern instructor ( he is in contact with James Mott about this ) After the intern he is OK to teach EOR. Needs a year of teaching and ESPECIALLY HIS OWN DIVING experience before teaching EOT or doubles mini. He's is super sharp theory and knowledge-wise, but lacks a bit of baggage from life as a diver. He just needs to gather a bit more of his own diving experience to give the upper classes some depth.
